Report Types

We currently provide two report types: Gemmological Report and Jewellery Report. Each report includes gem identification, treatment identification, and country-of-origin determination in some certain gemstones, such as ruby, sapphire, emerald, spinel, and jadeite jade (Fei Cui). Other reports, Gemfolio and Diamond Grading will be available in the line shortly.

GEMMOLOGICAL REPORT
The compact and premium report covers single stones, multiple stones, and stones set in jewelry (if applicable). The report is protected against forgery by exclusive security features and includes the following information:

– A Description of the Stone(s)
– Gemstone Identification
– Treatment Identification
– Colour
– Country-of-origin (free of charge)
JEWELLERY REPORT
The comprehensive report provides metal verification and ranges for the clarity, color, and carat weight of diamonds. It covers all types of jewellery pieces and includes:

– A Description of Jewellery/Stones
– Diamond and Gemstone Identification
– 4Cs Assessment (ranges)
– Metal Fineness
G-ID GEMFOLIOTM
The credit card-sized report offers a simplified form of identification for both mounted and unmounted single stones (diamonds and gemstones). It also includes optional random screening of set diamonds and evaluation of precious metal fineness upon request. It detials:

DIAMOND GRADING REPORT
The report includes an assessment of the 4Cs – Color, Clarity, Cut, and Carat Weight along with a plotting of its clarity characteristics and a graphical representation of the diamond’s proportions. It provides

– Geometrical Measurements
